He has substantial expertise in regional and cross-border transactional advice and is an accomplished all rounded advocate with a specific and demonstrable track record in litigation as well as commercial practice.
He has advised corporate clients in the areas of data protection compliance, contracting, corporate restructuring and in mergers & acquisition, intellectual property protection, investments, project development and joint ventures. He is also a leading litigation lawyer having represented high profile individual and corporate clients in public interest litigation, employment disputes, election disputes, commercial litigation and constitutional litigation. He participated in the governance aspect of the project conception for the multi-billion redevelopment of the Nairobi Railways to a modern railway city.
He has also recently advised in a multi-million merger and a multi-million takeover involving some of the fastest growing Technology Companies in the region and continues to distinguish himself as a solid and go to advisor in technology related legal needs. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, the East African Law Society and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

- Part of the legal team that advised in the governance aspect of the concept development for the multibillion World Bank funded redevelopment of Nairobi Railway Station to a modern and mixed-use railway city.
- Advised a fintech client in its the multi-million takeover by a venture capital firm in a transaction that included aspects of both cash payment and allotment of shareholding in the venture capital firm.
- Advised a local technology company in its acquisition of shareholding in a global technology and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) giant through a local subsidiary for purposes of specialized service delivery to the local market.
- Advised a local technology infrastructure company in a Public Private Partnership (PPP) Transaction with the Kenyan government for the development of a multi-billion-shilling data centre within the country intended to offer local cloud services.
- Legal Advisor in the setting up of one of the fastest growing fintech company from scratch, structuring of investment agreements with foreign investors, intellectual property advice and general legal compliance.
- Advised a local ERP Service provider in a multi- million-shilling system set up for the Office of the Data Protection officer.
- Successfully represented a presidential candidate in a presidential election related suit that sought inclusion of data impact assessment regulations and subsequent implementation prior to demanding collection of personal documents from Kenyans by presidential contestants.
- Part of the team that represented a local independent power producer in litigation before the National Environment Tribunal over a new multi-billion renewable energy plant in the country.
- Represented various technology companies in litigation and mediation with external vendors and service providers following contractual breaches and disagreements.
