Mutembei is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an accomplished professional in commercial legal practice, due diligence and advisory. He has been sufficiently exposed to high profile cases in commercial law and related constitutional litigation insuperior courts and therefore brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the firm. He has successfully represented diverse clients to resolve tax and business contract disputes of a complex nature while preserving the clients’ business continuity. He has a wealth of experience in facilitating real estate projects and securities perfection at all levels, drawing from a depth of an end to end understanding of the conveyancing processes in Kenya. This is has made him an ideal transaction advisor for primary mortgage lenders
Mutembei has also cut out a niche in technology law and e-commerce; he is currently researching on legal issues in Financial technology (fintech).
