We provide advice on employment contracts, workplace policies, employer/employee rights & obligations and labour disputes. Our team is well-versed in East Africa Labour Laws, and particularly Kenyan labour laws, including the Employment Act 2007, the Labour Relations Act 2007, the Occupational Safety and Health Act 2007, the Work Injury Benefit Act 2007 and international conventions and treaties.

We assist employers and employees with issues such as policy/procedures formulation, general employment law advisory, termination of employment relationship, legal issues touching on workplace welfare, employee benefits and compliance with statutory requirements. We also represent employees/employers in the Employment and Labour Relations Court, ensuring fair treatment and safeguarding the interests of both employers and employees in the dynamic Kenyan employment market.
