What is a Class B Work Permit?
The Class B work permit authorizes foreign nationals to engage, either independently or in partnership, in the business of agriculture, horticulture, floriculture, or animal husbandry in Kenya.

Requirements & Documents Required
- Duly filled and signed Form 25 and supporting application returns.
- Formal cover letter explaining the agricultural venture.
- Valid passport bio-data page and passport-sized photographs.
- Evidence of land ownership or registered long-term agricultural leases.
- Proof of sufficient capital and financial resources for the agribusiness.
- Company registration documents (Certificate of Incorporation, CR12) and Tax Compliance Certificates.
- Relevant professional qualifications and CV in agricultural management.
