Select Experience
The practice has advised on high-value mortgage refinancing transactions for SACCOs structured under the Kenya Mortgage Refinance Corporation framework, a World Bank and African Development Bank-supported initiative to expand affordable housing finance in Kenya. The team has also advised on a multi-party syndicated finance facility for a greenfield manufacturing project and on regulatory systems in the financial inclusion and banking sector.
