Select Experience
The practice has advised on commercial disputes in the technology sector, governance and risk advisory for a major national infrastructure project, corporate restructuring matters in the aviation sector, and tax disputes before the Tax Appeals Tribunal and the High Court of Kenya, including a VAT matter in which judgment was obtained in the client’s favour at the High Court.

The practice is led by Alvin Kosgei, Partner and Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and a founding partner of the firm. The team is further supported by Idah Muendi Metto, Associate in Dispute Resolution and Litigation.
