We help businesses and individuals minimize liabilities, structure investments, and navigate audits while ensuring compliance with Kenyan and international tax laws.

Comprehensive Tax Advisory and Compliance Solutions

The practice is recognised for its commercially grounded approach, combining technical tax expertise with a functional understanding of clients' industries and operations. The team advises on tax dispute resolution, customs and import duty matters, VAT, transactional tax structuring, and cross-border tax compliance, and collaborates closely with the firm's Corporate and Commercial and Banking and Finance practices to integrate tax advice into clients' more extensive legal and commercial strategies.
